 Oh Hi! Thanks so much for dropping in! I'm Nicole, creator of No BS Healthy Self.

I have an obsession.. I mean passion, for living a long healthy life. I started this blog to provide anyone and everyone with easily accessible, evidence based information on all topics of health. From products, foods, fitness, and lifestyle, my goal is to educate, inspire, and empower you to live a healthy self and more importantly heal-thy-self.

​

If you feel overwhelmed by all the fads and ads about how to live healthy, I'm here for you. I've been there. At No BS Healthy Self, I do the heavy lifting, digging through research articles and studies to find evidence to back up all the health buzz, and I summarize what you need to know. 

 

I wont label something as "good" or "bad".  I won't recommend any quick fix or too good to be true fads, rather, I will provide useful information on health topics, why you should care, how to incorporate them into your life, and where to dig deeper into topics if something intrigues you.

Health & wellness is a huge passion of mine. It started with mental health, psychology, and fitness, then throughout the years coming to understand the connection between nutrition and mental health. The state of our physical body and physical space impacting the state of our minds and well being. I have learned so much that has bettered my life. Now I am here wanting to share my passion and the small ways in which we can make steps to live well for years to come.
