What is No BS Healthy Self?

WHAT

 

Each week a new blog post will be released about topics related to health including nutrition, supplements, fitness, lifestyle, healing treatments, mental health, and any current trends. Each post will include evidence based research to give you an empowered view on these health matters, no BS here. I dig through the confusing articles, studies, and data so you don’t have to. The goal is to provide you with easy to digest information to better understand health topics and guide you on where to find out more information. Actually, the real goal is to help you Heal Thy Self, from the inside out.


WHY

 

I started this blog to provide anyone and everyone with easily accessible information on all topics of health. From products, foods, fitness, and lifestyle, my goal is to educate, inspire, and empower you to live a healthy self and Heal Thy Self.


If you feel overwhelmed by all the fads and ads about how to be healthy, I'm here for you. I've been there. I wont label something as "good" or "bad" rather just provide useful information, why you should care, how to implement health into your life, and where to dig deeper into topics.


I know how confusing it can be with all of the posts or ads for healthy products promising results, contradictory facts, and extensive information to sift through leaving you confused on where to even start or what is even real. Sometimes we hear something is "healthy" for you, may even implement it into your life, but don't really understand the why behind it. I spent the last 2 years digging into research to better my own health, which led to a complete lifestyle shift bettering my body, mind, and soul.


I believe that when you know better, you can do better, for yourself, your loved ones, and your community. Because when you feel good, you want to do good!


HOW

 

To start, each week I will discuss a new topic. The content is meant to be straight to the point, with maybe a little bit of humor. Giving you enough information for you to retain, how you can learn more, and easy ways to incorporate these healthy ways into your daily life. Each post is broken down into sections: the what, why you should care, how to implement into your life, and I want more, which will be filled with research if you want to dig deeper and products that I trust.


So let's cut through the bull shit and get our health on!
